Terms and conditions
1x2play may update, modify, change and supplement the 1x2play Rules at any time. Any material changes to the 1x2play Rules will be notified in advance by 1x2play to the Account Holder before they become effective and will require your consent. If you do not agree to the changes to the 1x2play Rules, you will not be allowed to continue using the Services.
All references in the 1x2play Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. All references to "the" shall include "to" and vice versa.
If the player refuses to comply with the above requirements, the withdrawal amount will be subject to a 6% commission.
1. General introduction, definitions and provisions
1.1 An “Account Holder” is an individual who maintains a contractual relationship with 1x2play when he or she creates a 1x2play account on the Website.
1.2 A "1x2play Account" is an account maintained by an Account Holder, for legitimate transactions, for the sole purpose of establishing a normal business relationship with 1x2play and for the sole purpose of conducting betting and other gambling transactions.
1.3 The "Agreement" is the contractual relationship between 1x2play and the Account Holder and will be constituted and governed by the 1x2play Regulations, i.e. the "Terms and Conditions".
1.4 The “Website” is the Internet gateway where all current and relevant information about the operations of 1x2play is published and through which the Services are provided to Account Holders.
1.5 The "Services" are the gaming and betting offers provided by 1x2play to the Account Holder through the Site.
1.6 "Card" means all types of cards with "payment", "billing", "debit", "credit", "virtual" and/or similar functions.
1.7 A “Payment Solution Provider” is an intermediary that acts as a payment agent for various payment methods.
1.8 A “financial institution” is a bank and/or another institution regulated by applicable national financial services law or similar regulations.
1.9 "Force Majeure" refers to any event or condition beyond a party's reasonable control that results in a delay or failure to fulfill contractual obligations and will include, for the purposes of the 1x2play Rules, events such as natural events, government restrictions (including refusal or cancellation of any required license if such refusal or cancellation is not due to the fault of the affected party), wars, armed conflicts, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fires, explosions, floods, thefts, malicious damages, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
1.10 “Client Application” refers to the web browser application opened by the Account Holder to use the Services.
1.11 “Software” means all software used by 1x2play to offer and/or manage the Services and/or operate the Client Application.
1.12 A “Prize” is an amount, bonus, or reward that can be won by the Account Holder.
1.13 An "Inactive Account" is a 1x2play account that has not recorded any login and/or logout for more than 12 consecutive months.
1.14 Bets are void if there is an inaccuracy in player or team names, incorrect odds are offered, an incorrect total is indicated, an incorrect handicap is specified, etc. In these cases, bets are void.
1.15 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names, as well as images, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies (collectively "Intellectual Property") found on the Website, Client Application, and related materials, are the exclusive property of 1x2play and/or its suppliers and partners. The Account Holder has no right to exploit or otherwise use the Intellectual Property for any purpose except as permitted by law.
2. Account Rules
2.1 Creating a 1x2play Betting Account
2.1.1 An individual may not participate in a real-money game unless they hold an account. To register as a player, an individual must register in person and submit a registration application. The following information must be provided:
- Date of birth and submission of a valid identity document proving the player is over eighteen (18) years old or the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction of residence (acceptable ID documents include a copy of a valid ID, passport, or driver’s license);
- Player's first and last name;
- Player’s full residential address;
- Player’s valid email address;
- A username and password.
2.1.2 An individual applying to become an Account Holder guarantees and declares that they are not under eighteen (18) years of age. Minors cannot register as players and cannot hold a 1x2play account. 1x2play reserves the right to request further proof of age and conduct additional checks to verify the information provided. A 1x2play account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
2.1.3 An individual applying to become an Account Holder also guarantees and declares:
- To be a natural person (a legal entity will not be accepted as an Account Holder);
- Not to be a resident of Uganda, Iraq, South Africa, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Sweden, Romania, Belarus, Switzerland, Lithuania, Monaco, Estonia, Latvia, Isle of Man, Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kahnawake, Libya, Macau, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City, Yemen (please note specific country exclusions for Casino - Games - Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo); 1x2play reserves the right to block site access and withhold winnings from players in the mentioned countries;
- Not to be a professional player of any sport, competition, or league on which 1x2play offers betting;
- Not to have any legal capacity restrictions;
- Not to act on behalf of third parties;
- Not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler and/or be listed (voluntarily or involuntarily) in any excluded players' registry or database;
- Not to deposit funds from criminal activities and/or other illegal activities;
- Not to deposit funds via a Card that the Account Holder is not authorized to use and/or use a Card in a jurisdiction where betting and gaming are prohibited;
- Not to conduct criminal activities where a 1x2play account is directly or indirectly involved;
- Not to use the Services if it is illegal or otherwise prohibited in their country of residence to open a gaming account, purchase or use 1x2play services, and/or otherwise participate in the offered games. It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to ensure that using the 1x2play website and services is legal;
- Not to consider the Website or Services offensive, questionable, unfair, or indecent; and to keep their 1x2play account details up to date regarding the following: first and last name, country of residence, valid email address, and phone number.
2.1.4 An individual applying for a 1x2play account acknowledges and agrees:
- To all definitions and clauses stated in the 1x2play Rules;
- To the 1x2play Rules currently published on the Website, as well as any future amendments to the 1x2play Rules;
- That the Agreement is governed by:
(i) The 1x2play Regulations published in English;
(ii) Any regulatory provisions or other decisions periodically made by Government Authorities; and
(iii) The Governing Law of the Contract’s location.
Rules for Accepting Bets on Sporting Events
2.2 The Organizer has the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot, and/or any prize if it is certain that the Player has committed fraud in using the system. In this case, the Organizer freezes the Player's special gaming account and, if funds are available, issues a refund to the payment system used by the Player to top up the gaming account.
Any irreversible hardware/software malfunction related to gaming activities will result in the cancellation of games and payments made, as well as a full refund of the games involved. This may be communicated to the website, which will be responsible for resolution, but does not entitle the Player to receive winnings.

2.3. Fixed Matches
If the Organizer has sufficient evidence to suspect a fixed game, it may suspend the payment of prizes and issue a refund for payments already made to the Player's special gaming accounts. These suspicions may include data regarding amounts and characteristics, as well as the amounts
of all deposits made through all possible methods.
3. Betting Rules
3.1 The betting company accepts bets on the outcome of sporting events and other events with an unknown outcome, including through telecommunications networks.
3.2 Every time the customer downloads the application, regardless of the use of the multimedia resource (via the Internet or mobile services), when opening an account and using an existing account, placing a bet, or participating in any game, receiving any prize, the customer confirms their compliance with the current version of the Rules and the obligation to act accordingly. Each time a User downloads the client, registers an account, uses an existing account, places bets on games, receives winnings, etc., this implies the User’s agreement and obligation to act in accordance with the current rules.
3.3 1x2play has the right to make any changes and additions to the rules established herein, as well as to the provisions and payment procedures, without prior individual written notice. Users are notified of this through appropriate announcements. The conditions of previously placed bets remain unchanged, and accepted bets are subject to the rules published at the time of acceptance.
3.4 1x2play reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing the reason(s).
4. Website Usage Policy
4.1 1x2play assumes no responsibility for losses or damages allegedly resulting from the use of this website or its content. This provision equally applies to the use or misuse of website content by any person, the inability to access or use the website, delays in operation or data transmission, communication line interruptions, errors, typographical errors, or omissions in the website content.
4.2 Uploading photos and videos from the website or its sub-sites is permitted only for private use. The publication, transmission, or reproduction of these materials for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
4.3 1x2play actively monitors traffic on its website and reserves the right to block access in case of suspected automated betting (bots).
5. Glossary
5.1 Key terms accepted in this edition of the rules:
“Single” - a bet on a single event;
“Express” - a bet on the outcome of multiple events simultaneously. When betting on the outcome of two or more events (e.g., two different football matches), you can combine them into a single "Express" bet. To win an Express bet, there must be no incorrect predictions (losses) on any of the included outcomes. A loss on one of the results of an Express bet means a loss of the entire bet. Express bet winnings are equal to the product of the bet amount by the coefficients of the included winning results (if there is a draw in one of the bets included in the Express, the coefficient for that bet is 1).
“System” - a set of "Express bets" from a specific set of events. Each system combination is calculated as a separate Express bet. To win in the system, the specified number of predictions must be correct (as defined by the name, e.g., in the system “3 out of 4,” three of the four predictions must be correct, for “5 out of 7,” five out of seven outcomes must be correctly predicted, etc.). It should be noted that since only a portion of the total bet amount is allocated to each Express bet in the system (proportional to the number of options), the winnings for such a system bet will be lower than the possible overall winnings for an Express bet. In some cases, when not all outcomes are predicted correctly, the winnings amount may be less than the bet amount, but unlike Express bets, part of the amount will be compensated due to correctly predicted outcomes.
“Chain” - a bet that is a combination of “Single” bets including independent events. The Single bet amount for each event in the Chain is equal to the Chain amount. The customer has the ability to determine the order of bets included in the Chain and bet only on the first event of the Chain. Thus, the concept of a “current account” is introduced. At the end of the tournament, for each Single bet included in the Chain, the amount in this account is calculated. Initially, it is equal to the first bet amount. If the current account balance is lower than the initial amount, the next Single bet in the Chain will be calculated based on the account balance. The current calculation procedure depends on the order of bets indicated on the ticket, but not on the time. The remaining balance in the account after calculating all Chain bets is subject to payment.
If the current account balance reaches zero, the Chain is interrupted and considered lost.
“Handicap” - the advantage or disadvantage of a competition participant, expressed in goals (points/) sets, etc., provided by the bookmaker to the participant for betting purposes. The result of the event subject to the handicap is determined as follows: the assigned handicap is added to the corresponding result shown by the competition participant. If the results obtained favor the chosen participant, they are considered the winner, and the bet on their victory with the handicap wins. Payments are made with the winning coefficient indicated in the bet description. If the result favors the opponent, the bets are lost. If the result subject to the handicap is a draw, the winning coefficient under this result is equal to 1 (bet refund);

1) Suppose we want to bet on Cagliari's victory, subject to the handicap. The handicap bet on Cagliari (Handicap 2) is "+1.5". To win with the "+1.5" handicap bet, Cagliari must not lose by more than 1 goal, as the handicap of +1.5 will be added to Cagliari's goals. Let's analyze all the options:
- Cagliari wins, the teams draw, or Cagliari loses by 1 goal difference. For example, the final score is 2-1. Considering the handicap (+1.5), the result is 2:2.5 in favor of Cagliari (Inter's handicap is not considered when determining the outcome of bets on Cagliari). The bets win.
- Cagliari loses by more than 1 goal difference. For example, the final score is 2-0. Considering the handicap (+1.5), the result is 2:1.5 in favor of Inter. In this case, the bets on Cagliari's victory, considering the handicap (+1.5), are lost.
2) Similarly, for betting on Inter's victory, the following scenarios are possible, considering the "-1.5" handicap:
- Inter wins with a margin of two or more goals. For example, the final score is 3-0. Considering the handicap (-1.5), the result is 1.5:0 in favor of Inter. The bets win.
- Inter wins by 1 goal, the teams draw, or Cagliari wins. For example, the final score is 2-1. Considering the handicap of -1.5, the result of bets on Inter with handicap (-1.5) is 0.5:1, in favor of Cagliari. In this case, bets on Inter with a -1.5 handicap are lost.
Double handicap bet (Asian handicap) is offered. You bet on the win or total taking into account the handicap, which is a multiple of 0.25 (but not 0.5). These bets are calculated as 2 bets with half the amount: with the same odds and "common handicaps" and "common totals" multiples of 0.5 close to the common value. In case the Asian handicap is included in the parlay or system, it is calculated with the odds that would be in the case of a single bet. In case of two common bets winning, the odds of the "OR" bet are taken into account in the calculations. If one common bet is won and the other is refundable, the odds ("OR" + 1) / 2 are taken into account in the calculation. If both common bets are lost, the entire bet is considered lost.

In the case where a bet of 200 euros is made on "Real" and "Real" wins: two common bets with half the amount won and the win is equal to 100*2.0 + 100*2.0 = 400 euros. The match ended in a draw: one common bet lost half the amount and the other won with the odds of "1", and the win is equal to 100*0.0 + 100*1.0 = 100 euros. "True" lost: two common bets with half the amount lost and the win is equal to 100*0.0 + 100*0.0 = 0 euros. In case a bet of 200 euros is placed on "Barcelona" and "Barcelona" wins: two common bets with half the amount won and the win is equal to 100*1.8 + 100*1.8 = 360 euros. The match ended in a draw: one common bet lost half the amount, the other won with the odds "1", and the win is equal to 100*1.8 + 100*1.0 = 280 euros. "Total" - the number of goals, pucks, points or games scored (shot, won or played) by one or more participants in the event.
For example:
Let's say the soccer match total (the amount of goals scored) is set to "4" and a total bet is offered with two outcomes: over or under the given total.
If the match is scored with a total of less than 4 goals (0-0, 1-0, 0-1, 1-1, etc.), bets under "4" win.
If the match is scored with a total of more than 4 goals (4-1, 4-2, 3-2, etc.), bets under "4" lose and bets over "4" win.
If the match is scored with a total of exactly 4 goals (3-1, 4-0, 2-2, 1-3, 0-4), all bets above "4" and under "4" will be refunded.
6. Betting Policy
6.1 The values of the parameters (including handicaps, totals) and coefficients of the events specified in the current day's line may change after any bet, but the conditions before the bets are the same, except in case of technical and obvious errors in the line.
6.2 Only the amount confirmed and registered by the company is accepted as the bet amount.
6.3 You are solely responsible for your bet. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed as accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled by you. 1x2play makes no guarantees in relation to "losing" or "double" bets placed by customers. Please check all bets placed carefully.
6.4 The loss of the password cannot constitute a reason to withdraw the commissions or cancel the order for the payment of the winnings.
6.5 A bet is accepted as soon as it is confirmed by the company. All accepted bets are displayed in the "Bet History". In some cases, there may be a delay before a bet is listed in the history. In the event of a dispute, the time the bet was registered in the company's system is considered to be the time of actual dispatch. If the user has not received any notification about the acceptance of the bet, the odds are still considered accepted if they are displayed in the "Bet History".
6.6 Communication errors or other technical errors in communication with the customer are not grounds for cancellation of a bet if the bet has been recorded on the server.
7. Data visualization
7.1 The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided in the Services, including data on live events and courier services.
7.2 1x2play makes every effort to ensure that live event information (such as results, playing time and team/player statistics) is accurate. However, this information is displayed for information purposes only. 1x2play is not responsible for any errors in this data.
7.3 1x2play is not responsible for and does not accept any complaints regarding the accuracy of the translation of team and player names from foreign languages.
7.4 If in the event/match indicated there are multiple participants with the same surname and, when accepting the bet, the full name of the athlete or other characteristics that uniquely identify him/her have not been indicated, all bets are refundable.
7.5 If one or more participants are incorrectly indicated in the name of the match or position (except for translation errors), or if the other team/tournament participant represented is indicated instead of the requested one, all bets on that event will be considered invalid and refunded. Only 1x2play has the exclusive right to determine the events belonging to this category.
7.6 In cases where specific team details such as a specific age group (e.g. 18 years/up to 21 years/youth teams), gender (women) or team status (reserve) are not indicated on the line, resulting in the other team being marked on the line instead of the declared one, all bets on that match are refundable. In other cases, when incomplete names or any grammatical errors are indicated on the line, all bets remain valid. If the gender of the teams is not indicated on the line, the gender of the teams is considered to be male. In the event that a match features women's teams, it is necessary to have a detailed indication of this on the line, otherwise bets on that match will be refunded.
7.7 The date and time indicated in the line represent the closing date and time of betting on the event (except for live events) and do not necessarily coincide with the actual start date and time of the event. The real time of the event in the counting of bets is considered the time of the start of the event, which is determined on the basis of the official documents of the organization conducting the competition, as well as the data of 1x2play.
7.8 If the venue of a match is not indicated in the line, in the list of events, the host of the field is listed first, with the exception of American sports competitions. All information contained in the "cap" for a specific sport is of an auxiliary nature. Any errors in the information provided do not constitute grounds for refunding bets.
7.9 When accepting bets on live events, there is a defined delay, the value of which may vary depending on the sport, market and other characteristics, and is determined solely by 1x2play for security and protection against subsequent bets.
7.10 For the convenience of customers, taking into account the specifics of live events, where coefficients change very frequently, the customer can choose one of the following options: "Accept all coefficient changes", "Accept only bets with increase" or "Do not accept bets if coefficients change", determining, respectively, whether the bet is accepted if during the time of its organization the coefficient has changed, on any change in it, or only in the case when the changed bet exceeds the estimated coefficient of the customer's bet.
7.11 An incorrectly indicated date for the match in progress does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the bet.
7.12 If the match has started from the moment it was previously interrupted and the line has not been established, bets are refundable.
8. Interconnected events and results
8.1 In “express” and “system” bets it is forbidden to include different events relating to the same match, even those directly interdependent. If such bets include events relating to the same match, such bet is refundable, even if the computer program that accepts the bets has not blocked such bet during its presentation. 1x2play reserves the exclusive right to determine whether the events are linked.
8.2 In "express" and "system" bets in the actual group game it is only permitted to bet on one team from the specified group. If qualified and non-qualified teams from the same group are included in such bets, such bets are refundable, even if the computer program accepting the bets has not blocked such bet during its submission. 1x2play reserves the sole right to decide whether to accept bets in a qualifying or non-qualifying position on "express", "system" and "simple" bets.
9. Obvious and technical errors
9.1 The Company is not responsible for errors in typing, transferring or counting bets. In particular, 1x2play reserves the right to correct obvious errors made when entering information on betting coefficients and/or calculating betting amounts (e.g. errors in incorrectly indicated coefficients on teams, incorrectly indicated events, etc.) or to declare the corresponding bets invalid even after the event. has concluded. In case of correction of obvious errors, bets are returned. The most common types of technical errors are the following:
9.1.1 Coefficient entry errors - when the coefficient (or handicap/total setting, etc.) is displayed without a separator (dot) or with any additional number.
Example: instead of the coefficient 1.8, 18 is displayed, instead of 2, 23 is displayed, instead of 3, 30 is displayed, etc.
9.1.2 "Mirror errors" - when the players' coefficients are displayed in a diametrically opposite way. In this case, the favorite of the match (including the current favorite of the live event) is displayed with a higher coefficient than the coefficient of the underdog of the event in question.
Example: Basketball. Barcelona-Unicaja. The winner of the match. Instead of 1.2 and 4, 4 and 1.2 are displayed.
9.1.3 Spelling errors - if all coefficients are indicated correctly, however, the teams are written in the wrong order (usually occurs for events played on neutral ground).
Meaning of the previous example: record: Basket. Unicaja-Barcelona. The winner of the match. 1,2 and 4 instead of Basket. Barcelona-Unicaja. The winner of the match. 1,2 and 4
Clear indicators of obvious errors are: a very large difference in the coefficients of 1x2play and other bookmakers, coefficients that are almost impossible to provide in the current match situation.
The right to determine whether an obvious or technical error has been committed rests exclusively with 1x2play in any case.
9.2 1x2play reserves the right to abolish bets placed on deliberately incorrect coefficients and obvious errors. The customer will be informed immediately of changes to the balance.
9.3 1x2play reserves the right to void bets even after the end of the event if such bets are won by the User due to a technical failure or obvious error.
9.4 In cases where, for technical reasons, the User's bets have not been provided with the required amount of funds on the account, the bets are considered invalid.
9.5 In the event of a mistaken credit being credited to the customer's account, the customer must immediately notify 1x2play of the error. If a negative balance has arisen with the customer due to an error, the bookmaker has the right to cancel uncalculated bets, even if they were placed before the error occurred.
9.6 The Company reserves the right to hold the User liable for any damage caused if the User has intentionally used a technical or administrative error when making a deposit and/or receiving money to the account.
10. Credit betting
10.1 1x2play does not accept bets or provide services to customers on credit. All bets must be confirmed with funds in the User's account.
11. Legal aspects
11.1 Such restrictions or prohibitions may be imposed even if the company has obtained the necessary authorization (license for the organization of bets or games) to place bets and organize bets.
The User must keep in mind that if placing bets or participating in sports betting, multiplayer poker and games such as lotteries is prohibited or permitted only under certain conditions, which are not respected, the responsibility for any damage caused lies exclusively with the User.
The Customer must also note that the Company is not required to provide Customers with information, instructions and warnings in a wider range than that provided for in this paragraph. In particular, the company is not liable for damages suffered by the User due to the violation of legislative prohibitions in this matter in their country.
11.2 You must register on one of the websites belonging to the 1x2play group of companies according to your country of residence. By evaluating or participating in the games, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age permitted by the law of your country and confirm your ability to enter into an agreement with the company. In case of failure to comply with these requirements, your account will be closed and the necessary measures will be applied.
11.3 The User agrees that his/her personal data provided to the company during group betting, multiplayer poker games, casino games and games such as lotteries, as well as in any other games, will be stored and used by automated means.
11.4 You have registered on websites belonging to the 1x2play group of companies more than once and/or have more than one account. In this case, the Company has the right to block all accounts at its discretion and leave only one account corresponding to the country of residence. By registering, the User confirms exclusive ownership of the company regulations, as well as the system controlled by them.
11.5 The Company reserves the right to inform Users about special promotions and new products by telephone and email.
11.6 1x2play does not hold User funds in segregated or separately protected bank accounts. It is important that the User understands that deposits at 1x2play are not held in banks and do not earn interest on them.
11.7 The Company expressly declares that it does not provide users with any advice (consultancy) in tax and/or legal matters.
11.8 No betting dispute can lead to legal action, lawsuit or betting license claim if the company complies with the arbitration provisions.
11.9 In the event of complaints and disputes by Users and their representatives, the company's liability is limited by the amount of the bets or their possible winnings.
11.10 In the event of a dispute or complaint, the 1x2play database takes precedence over any other data.
11.11 If there is a discrepancy between the English version of these rules and a translation into another language, the English version shall be deemed correct.
11.12 Any disputed issues, including complaints about the results of the event, can be examined by the bookmaker within 5 days of the end of the sporting event.
12. Betting Restrictions
12.1 The betting company has the right not to accept bets from anyone without giving any reason and reserves the right to close or temporarily block the accounts of individual Users without notice.
12.2 The minimum and maximum bet sizes for all sporting events are set by the bookmaker and are subject to change without prior written notice. In addition, 1x2play reserves the right to impose special restrictions on individual User accounts.
12.3 1x2play discourages two or more Users from placing bets from the same IP address (from the same computer or the same local network) to avoid suspicions of collusion (cheating). In such cases, it is necessary to reconcile the possibility of gambling with 1x2play by explaining the circumstances. 1x2play has the right to block the account of such User and require him to send documents verifying his registered identity.
12.4 Earnings are paid only within the limits set by the company's maximum limits. If the User has placed a bet and the winnings exceed the maximum limit, the company will not pay any amount exceeding the maximum limit.
12.5 The results of sports statistics are published on the official website 1x2play within 3 days of the end of a sporting event.
13. Late bets
13.1 Bets placed after the start of the event, with the exception of bets on Live Events, are in no case valid, returnable and are excluded from "express" and "system" bets. Any bet (including bets on Live Events) placed on an event whose outcome is already known at the time of the bet is considered invalid and will be refunded.
13.2 If the User wishes to dispute the start time of the event, he/she will need to provide an official document (or a link to the website of the governing bodies of the event in question) confirming the actual start time of the match on which the bet was placed.
13.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the start time of the event, if the official governing bodies of the appropriate tournament/event do not provide (or are missing) such information, 1x2play's information regarding the start time of the event shall be deemed the only correct one in the calculation of bets.
14. Return
14.1 If a “win” is declared on the bet, the bet will be considered a win with a coefficient of 1. In the case of “simple” bets, this means that the User will receive back the wagered amount of money. In the case of “express” or “system” bets, the total coefficient will be changed accordingly (in the event of a win, the coefficient will receive the value 1, the coefficients in the remaining events will remain unchanged, and the final coefficient will be calculated according to a similar scheme; only the coefficient of the outcome in the event where a return occurred – one of the factors (multipliers) of the final coefficient of the “express” or “system” – will receive the value 1).

In case Finland and England win in the above mentioned matches, and Croatia wins with 2 goals difference, and the express plays, but in the calculation of the total coefficient there will be 1 instead of 1.7 (victory coefficient) and the final coefficient of the expression will be equal to 1.55*1*1.5 = 2.325
14.2 If, following the match, the total number of goals scored is equal to the total of the bet and among the proposed total bet options there is no option equal to... (the indicated number) of goals, a win is made. Similarly, for individual totals, player totals, total cards/corners/expulsions, fouls and other parameters, if the final value of the match and the proposed total parameter are equal, a refund is made.
15. User data privacy
15.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information relating to your account and must take all measures to prevent the use of your personal accounts by unauthorized persons. All operations confirmed by the username and password of the account holder will be valid and have legal force.
15.2 If you suspect that your username and password are known to third parties, you have the right at any time to send a request to 1x2play to temporarily block your account until all circumstances are clarified.
15.3 To ensure the security of users' personal data, 1x2play communicates with users via the email indicated by the user during registration.
15.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information relating to your email and must take all steps to prevent the use of your email address by third parties. 1x2play is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the connection between the bookmaker and you using a registered email address.
16. Manipulation of results
16.1 In case of possible interference with the outcome of the match and the formation of the odds for the match (including cases of suspected manipulation of the results), 1x2play reserves the right to suspend payments for this event or cancel bets on this match, as well as provide relevant information to the competent authorities for the investigation and prevention of similar incidents.
16.2 1x2play reserves the right to suspend the payment of commissions and refund bets on the event if there are reasonable grounds to believe that this match has been fixed. Such reasons may depend on the size, number and nature of the bets placed through one or all possible betting methods.
The decision of the governing bodies of the federations concerned and the regulatory bodies is also taken into consideration. In such cases, 1x2play reserves the right to provide information to the regulatory authority for further investigation and prevention of similar incidents.
17. Neutral field
17.1 In cases where the match is moved to a neutral ground (NC), bets remain valid. They are refundable in cases where the match is moved to the opponent's ground. In the case of matches where the teams come from the same city and are moved to another ground, bets are valid and non-refundable. In international matches, bet refunds are made only when the match is moved to the ground of an opponent's country.
18. Interrupted Events
18.1 An event is considered abandoned if it has not been played for a certain mandatory playing time according to the company rules, even if the result at which the event was abandoned is later confirmed as final.
18.2 Matches are considered to be played if they are interrupted, do not finish within the time specified in points 6 and 7 and if the time played is as follows:
- Football - 90 min.
- Futsal (duration 2 x 20 minutes) - 35 minutes
- Futsal (duration 2 x 25 minutes) - 45 minutes
- NBA Basketball (National Basketball Association and PBA, CBA) - 43 min.
- Eurobasket - 35 min.
- Hockey NHL (National Hockey League) - 55 min.
- Bandy - 60 min
- Eurohockey - 50 min.
- American football - 55 min.
- Baseball - 5 periods (innings)
- Handball - 50 min
18.3 For interrupted events recognized as cancelled, unless otherwise provided in the sports rules, all bets are refundable, except those whose result is exactly defined at the time of interruption of the event. For interrupted events, bets on the relative running time (periods etc.) are subject to unconditional refund.
19. Transfer of events
19.1 If the start time of the event is changed and not otherwise stated in the sports rules, all bets on the event are refundable.
19.2 During a match that advances to the next round, in the event of the game period being moved to subsequent days or a change of venue, bets remain valid. If for any reason the “advancement” of the team advancing to the next round is cancelled, the cancellation is not taken into consideration and payment is made based on the results of the matches played. If the second match did not take place or was interrupted, all bets on it, including the ticket, are refundable.
Ticket payments are only made on bets placed before the first match. If no match has taken place, bets will be refunded.
20. Bet Calculation
20.1 1x2play validates the results based on official reports and alternative sources of information (including videos of the event) after the end of the event. The calculation of the bet is based on the results published on the 1x2play site in the "Results" section. In case of discrepancies in the results from different sources of information, as well as in case of obvious errors, the final decision to determine the results lies with 1x2play.
20.2 All questions from users regarding the accuracy of results on the 1x2play website should be based only on official sources of information (websites of the regulatory bodies of these leagues). Information from other sources cannot be considered a basis for reviewing/re-evaluating bets.
20.3 Valid results (facts) are considered to be results announced on the basis of official protocols or other sources of information, immediately after the end of the event. The organizer uses the following official sources:

The organizer may use other official sources when necessary. In exceptional cases, the organizer reserves the right to use the video viewing to judge the actual result.
20.4 The results of bets on live events are calculated based on what is known immediately after the end of the event/competition. All subsequent changes (e.g. changes by decision of the jury after the match) are not taken into account when deciding the bets. The company calculates these bets based on its statistical data on the actual course of the game. Unless otherwise specified, all bets on athletes who do not take part in the competition will be void.
20.5 In cases where company statistics (based on TV coverage) differ from the official statistics, bets are settled based on the company statistics.
20.6 If more than one participant or team is declared the winner of the competition, the winning coefficient is divided by the number of winners (the coefficient cannot be less than 1).
20.7 All operations on gaming accounts are carried out in the currency chosen by the user during registration.
20.8 All bets for which the results are already known (in particular, bets on who will score the next goal or win a certain segment of the match) are considered valid and are calculated even if the event or tournament is suspended.
20.9 If a match is not completed and is considered incomplete, all bets on it are refundable (except as mentioned in point 16.1), even if the result, on which the event was suspended, is later confirmed as final.
20.10 Unless it contradicts the special rules of individual sports, the result announced on the day of the match is considered as the result of the match. Any changes in the result, conditioned by the review of the event results by the governing bodies and the disciplinary sanctions of the teams, for the purposes of betting, are not taken into account, and the initial results of the bet calculation remain in force.
20.11 In our system, the deposit limit logic works with fixed hours in the calendar with time zone (GMT+4). This means that the user will be able to deposit a maximum amount of their limit during 24 hours, from 12:00 (GMT+4) until 12:00 (GMT+4) of the next day.
21. Betting groups/syndicates and match/event limits
21.1 Users are required to bet only for their own account. Recurring bets containing the same selections by one or more customers may be deemed invalid and voided by the company. Even after the official result of such bets is known, in cases where the company is certain that users have acted in collusion or as a syndicate, or suspicious bets have been placed by one or more users within a short period of time, such bets may be deemed invalid and voided by the company.
21.2 Betting limits for sports events are set based on the player's account status and the individual bet/event. If the player attempts to place a bet outside the limits specified for an event, a warning message "Max Bet - Limit Reached/Official Limit Exception" will be displayed on the betting slip as a notification. Multiple bets combining the same selection within the same betting event are not accepted. Avoiding the warning message and failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of all bets placed and the initial bet being refunded.
22. Failure to Attend the Event
22.1 Unless otherwise specified by the special rules of individual sports, when a participant in the event for any reason cannot participate in the event on which he has been bet, the bet is considered valid and lost by the customer. The following cases are exceptions:
1. The event/tournament is cancelled;
2. The event/tournament is considered invalid;
3. The location of the event has been changed;
4. The event/tournament is suspended.
22.2 In case of "Who is taller" bets, i.e. bets with two outcomes, if one of the participants refuses to participate before the event/tournament, the bet is refundable.
23. Rules relating to sport
23.1 Further information on the types of bets in different sports is indicated in the sports rules.
23.2 Sporting rules take precedence over general rules.
23.3 Some types of bets
23.4 In case of bets on "Total Even Number/Odd Number", regardless of the sport and the position offered (including total goals/cards/fouls etc.), if the result is "0", bets are settled as "Odd Number".
23.5 All bets on the number of medals are settled on the official medal table at the end of the event. Any subsequent changes made by the governing bodies are not taken into account.
23.6 All medals won by the national team in any competition are considered as one, regardless of the number of participants in this team.
23.7 In the case of any market with the potential outcome of "Any Other", this outcome includes all participants in the event, not listed separately in the options for that market.
23.8 In the event of a bet in the “additional markets” of the groups (total goals, wins, losses, draws, corners, yellow cards, etc.), only the group matches that are included in the daily program taken into consideration will be considered.
24. Register
24.1 Only registered users can participate in the company's bonus programs. To register, fill out the registration form by providing your name, surname and email. After receiving a verification email, follow the instructions to verify your account so you can make deposits and bets.
24.2 Registration and betting are only permitted to persons over the age of 18 (or the age group permitted in the country from which the user opened a deposit and placed bets). Users are fully responsible for the legality of gambling on the Internet in the region in which they live and/or for providing the competent authorities of their country with information about winnings. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and block the user's account before receiving the appropriate documentation.
24.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. In particular, when using credit or debit cards, the name and surname of the cardholder must match the name and surname indicated on the registration form, under penalty of blocking the account. All bets placed before the account is blocked are recognized as valid.
24.4 The Company reserves the right to block the accounts of users who have provided false data, as well as to deny them the payment of any winnings, withhold payment of any money deposited in the 1x2play Account and transmit the necessary information to the competent authorities. Upon request of the Company, the user must present an official document with a photograph, which identifies the user's identity (copy of the passport), as well as proof of the authenticity of the address and telephone data indicated.
24.5 Each user can have only one account. Registered users cannot re-register as a new customer with a new name or email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to cancel all bets placed by the user.
24.6 The user does not have the right to allow third parties to use his/her gaming account.
24.7 Please note that you should not send us your credit card account details or other sensitive financial information via unencrypted email.
24.8 1x2play allows all users to choose their own username and password combination. Users must keep this information confidential. If the username and password are entered correctly when logging in to the site, all bets remain in force and cannot be cancelled or changed by the user. If you suspect that someone other than you knows your password, change it immediately on our website. If you have forgotten your password or part of it, send a request to Live Support to obtain a new password.
24.9 Users placing bets on 1x2play via mobile should note that 1x2play is not responsible for any data loss on the customer's mobile phone, and is not responsible for any fees from mobile and internet operators. By registering, the customer confirms that he/she accepts and agrees to these Terms.
24.10 1x2play reserves the right to request further evidence and carry out additional checks to verify the identification of the Player. Upon request, the Player may also be required to present valid identification documents proving their identity and address, so that 1x2play can carry out identification checks, carry out identification checks via photo and video selfie methods, credit and other verification checks that 1x2play may require and/or are required by applicable laws and regulations and/or the relevant regulatory authorities for the use of the Services. The Player undertakes to provide all information that 1x2play reasonably requests in connection with such verification checks. 25. Currency
25.1 Currently
Users have the right to place bets in the following currencies: REAL. 1x2play reserves the right to block the receipt of bets and operating activities in any of the currencies indicated. In this case, all necessary payments to accounts in the blocked currency would be made in another currency equivalent to the interbank exchange rate of that day.
26. Bonus program
26.1 All user bonuses are limited individually to one person, home address, telephone number and email address, a payment account (such as card number or Skrill account), as well as the computer in use (including institutions, internet clubs and other public institutions). The company has the right to refuse the bonus to any user or group of users. Bonus programs are available only to users who have made a real currency deposit to their 1x2play account.
26.2 In case of violation of any bonus program requirement, and also if there is evidence of recurring bets on the same event by a group of customers, or conspiracy, regardless of the outcome of the bets placed, 1x2play reserves the right to deprive these users of a bonus and consider the corresponding bets invalid. For fraud protection purposes, the company has the right to request a document proving identity from the customer before transferring a bonus.
27. Deposits
27.1 The available payment methods are determined by the country and currency selected during registration. A full list of fees, limits and other items is displayed on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. 1x2play reserves the right to change these terms and details.
27.2 When making any financial transactions, the name of the holder of the debit/credit card or bank account must match exactly with the name of the holder of the appropriate 1x2play account. Otherwise, 1x2play reserves the right to void all transactions and refund any bets placed using someone else's account or credit/debit card.
28. Inflow of money into the account
28.1 If any amount is transferred to you in error, you must notify the company immediately. Any winnings of the customer resulting from such error will be considered invalid and such bets will be refundable regardless of the delay between the origin of the error and the time it was noticed.
28.2 If deposits to the account have been made for purposes other than betting, poker, casino and financial betting, the company (especially in case of suspected fraudulent movement of money) reserves the right to cancel a deposit and charge the user for all costs incurred as a result of processing the deposit.
28.3 If the user's deposit exceeds the bet amount, upon the customer's withdrawal request, 1x2play reserves the right to charge the user for all costs incurred as a result of processing deposits and withdrawals.
29. Financial limitations
29.1 The maximum win with a ticket is €20,000. If the bet includes a bonus and therefore the amount won exceeds €20,000, the bonus will not be paid. - The maximum coefficient for a bet is 20,000. If it exceeds 20,000, the win is calculated with the coefficient 20,000.
29.2 The minimum single bet on any event is €1 or the equivalent amount in the player's account currency. The minimum bet on express bets and/or system bets is €1 or the equivalent amount in the player's account currency. Unless otherwise stated, only one bet is allowed per sporting event or match. The maximum stake per bet must be equal to or less than the amount of the last deposit.
29.3 The maximum bet amount on the event depends on the sport and events and is defined by the betting network specifically for each event and each bet type and is subject to change without prior written notice. 1x2play reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on individual events, as well as to introduce and remove specific restrictions on individual user accounts without prior notice or explanation of the reasons.
29.4 All financial limits apply to any individual customer, and/or group of player syndicates acting as a collective unit, who has placed two or more bets containing the same match selections, including those placed in a series of bets, in different odds markets, over different days using different player accounts and/or through different betting channels. If we identify that two or more bets have been placed in this way, all bets will be void and only the first bet submitted will be considered legitimate.
30. Payments/Withdrawals
30.1 Payments are processed within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the moment of placing the order. Before the first payment is made to the user via electronic payment methods (Skrill, credit or debit card, etc.), the customer is required to attach an electronic copy of the passport in the Documents section to confirm their identity. Please note that forgery is severely punishable by law and in case of suspicion of placing a counterfeit or altered copy of documents by electronic methods, 1x2play reserves the right to send such documents to the relevant regulatory authorities.
30.2 Before making the payment, the company's employees will check the correspondence of the name, surname, father's name, date of birth and other data of the customer. If differences are found between the actual data and those provided by the customer, 1x2play reserves the right to refund all bets placed by the user and refuse to pay the winnings to the user unless he/she proves the identity and accuracy of the data entered.
30.3 If it is found that the User has opened multiple accounts with the Company, 1x2play reserves the right to refuse payment for such accounts (except for the User's funds legitimately transferred to the 1x2play account after payment of a fine equal to 10% of the total amount of deposits).
30.4 Upon your first cash withdrawal request, you will need to enter your valid passport details exactly as they appear on your passport, in the language of the country that issued your passport (or, in the case of foreign passports, in English).
30.5 Group members and family members must regulate personal relationships with each other – payments are made ONLY in the name of the appropriate account holder.
30.6 The User undertakes to provide 1x2play with information about his bank account from which bets will be placed, in particular, to transfer his winnings.
30.7 1x2play is not responsible for changes in the value of payments related to currency fluctuations (exchange rate).
30.8 If the user has requested a withdrawal for an amount equal to or greater than 1,000 euros (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate), 1x2play pays a fee for the transfer and subsequent withdrawal operations in the respective calendar month. Otherwise, the fee is paid to the bank by the user.
30.9 The Company reserves the right to withdraw funds using a payment method preferred by winning players (including credit/debit card or to the player's bank account).
30.10 Before making the first payment, the player must wager 50% of the deposit amount. From the second withdrawal onwards, the player must wager 100% of the deposit amount before being able to withdraw the payment. If the player refuses to comply with the above requirements, the withdrawal amount will be subject to a 6% fee. This requirement is intended to reduce the risks of fraud and money laundering by players.
30.11 The maximum daily withdrawal allowed is €1,000, while the minimum withdrawal allowed is €50.
