Confirmation of the bet

Bets will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

A requested bet will only be valid if accepted by the 1x2play servers . Each valid bet will receive a unique transaction code/ID. 1x2play will not be responsible for settling bets that are not issued with a unique transaction code/ID. If you have any questions about the validity of a bet, please check your account history or contact us.

In the event of a dispute, you and 1x2play agree that the transaction records database will be the final authority in such matters.

Bet Settlement (All Sports)

Statistics provided by the official results provider or official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle bets. Where statistics from an official results provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official results provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support the outcome of the bet.

In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significantly conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our statistics.

For markets that have already been determined, in the event of early abandonment, cancellation, suspension, etc., all bets accepted on those markets will remain valid. For example, if a football match is abandoned and the score is 2-1, bets on over/under 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 will remain valid, the other odds will be declared void/returned.

Result and payment

All bets are subject to these Betting Rules.

1x2play reserves the right to suspend a market and/or void any bet at any time. When a market is suspended, all bets placed will be void. 1x2play also reserves the right to close betting on any market at any time without notice.

The "Possible Win" or "Return" calculations available on the website are for information purposes only and all bets will be settled using the accepted betting odds. On multiple bets with a void selection, the "Possible Win" or "Return" amount is reduced accordingly by removing that selection only.

If a customer includes an unattempted or void selection in a multiple bet, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections only.

Winnings resulting from bets are added to your betting account balance. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error will not be considered available for use and 1x2play reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either now or subsequently when identified.

1x2play reserves the right to withhold payment and declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (1) the integrity of the event has been called into question; (2) the price(s) has been manipulated; or (3) outcome manipulation has occurred. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with 1x2play on any of our betting channels. A decision by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be conclusive. If a customer owes money to 1x2play for any reason, 1x2play has the right to take this into account before making any payment to that customer.

In the event of a series of bets placed by individuals or a syndicate to manipulate the betting rules, 1x2play has the right to withhold/stop payment or winnings until 1x2play is satisfied that no rules have been broken.

For events where an official ‘off’ has not been declared, the original declared start time of the event will be deemed to be ‘off’. If for any reason a bet is accepted after the start of an event or match (with the exception of In-Play/Live bets clearly stated on the website), bets will stand if the final result is not known and no participant/team has gained a material advantage at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known, 1x2play reserves the right to void and return the bet, win or lose. Disputes relating to times at which bets are placed will be resolved using transaction records on our servers. All times stated on the website and/or mentioned by the 1x2play team are UK time unless otherwise stated.

In-Play/In-Live Betting - where we have good reason to suspect that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event/market is known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a goal, sending off, etc.), 1x2play reserves the right to void (or return) the bet, win or lose.

If for any reason 1x2play is unable to adequately validate the outcome of a specific market (e.g. due to loss of information), all bets will be void unless the outcome of the bets has already been determined in advance.

Dead Heat Rules

If two or more outcomes are tied as winners, the tie-breaking rules can be used to settle bets. In effect, in the event of a tie, part of the bet is considered a winner (50%) and part is considered a loser (50%). In a four-way tie, one party (25%) would be a winner and three parties (75%) would be losers.
Ties can occur not only for 1st place, so in a one-way betting market, ties can also occur for 2nd , 3rd etc. This can be a common occurrence in events such as golf tournaments, which will affect the placed part of the bet, the top ten, top twenty etc. In these cases the calculation is based on the number of remaining positions divided by the number of participants involved in the draw.

Errors and mistakes

Although every effort is made to avoid errors or mistakes, they may occasionally occur due to human error or system problems. Obvious errors, also called palpable errors or omissions in connection with the announcement, publication or creation of markets, prices, handicaps or results sometimes occur despite our efforts to ensure complete accuracy.

In the event that we make an obvious error, which occurs when the odds/terms offered are substantially different from those available in the general market and/or are clearly incorrect in relation to the probability of the event occurring, all bets will be void.

If we make a clear error in the odds/terms of a bet placed on a live market, all bets will be void.

If we make an obvious mistake on a bet placed on a market offered before the start of an event, all bets will be void.

We will make every effort to inform customers prior to the start of the event of an obvious error in the markets, pricing, handicaps or terms, but this may not be possible in all cases.

We use a number of data providers when forming our markets on events covered on the site and there may be some errors or mistakes in team or participant names. Bets will stand unless the error or mistake makes a fundamental difference to the composition of the markets (e.g. Bristol Rovers versus Bristol City), in which case we reserve the right to void any bets on the event.

Early withdrawal feature

What is early withdrawal?

Early Cash Out gives you more control over your bets and gives you the opportunity to get a return before the end of an event, even if your bet ends up losing. You can cash out a bet in full or in part. You can choose to cash out your bet at any time and receive the potential winnings offered. If you choose to cash out, the amount offered will be settled and the final outcome of your bet will have no impact on the amount returned to your account.

The amount offered will depend on the performance of your selections and may be more or less than your original bet, allowing you to secure a profit or minimise a potential loss.

When is early pickup available?

Early Cash Out is available on selected events, matches and markets, both pre-match and In-Play/Real-Time, in singles and multiples, for a variety of sports including football, tennis and basketball. You may see the special ($) logo on markets when placing bets. If ($) is not displayed, early cash out is not available for that sport or market. If you wish to make an early cash out, all you need to do is click on the ($) or ‘Early Cash Out’ button located in your open bet details or bet history.

When early pickup is available prior to the event and we are not covering the event live/in real time, early pickup will not be available once the event has started.

You can also make early withdrawals on your mobile or tablet: simply select the "Open Bets" or "Bet History" sections in the "History" section of your account and select the "Early Withdrawal" tab to display your eligible bets. Once there, you can click the Early Withdrawal button below your selection and confirm your decision to settle the bet early.

Partial Early Withdrawal

If you wish to make a partial early withdrawal of your bet, simply use the slider in the Early Withdrawal window to adjust the amount of your original bet to the desired early withdrawal amount. Once you have selected the correct amount, click on "Early Withdrawal". The remainder of your bet will be allocated based on the final outcome of your bet.

Terms and Conditions

The Early Cash Out feature is available on selected sports, events, matches and markets, both pre-match and live/in-play, in single and multiple bets, for a variety of sports including football, tennis and basketball.

There is a delay in accepting an Early Withdrawal or Partial Early Withdrawal request. If a quote changes or a market is suspended, your order may not be processed.

If the Early Cash Out or Partial Early Cash Out request is successful, it will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately, except in the case of partially cashed bets. The actual final result of the relevant market will not affect the value of the Early Cash Out or Partial Early Cash Out.

The Early Withdrawal or Partial Early Withdrawal amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if successful.

Some 1x2play offers will not apply when using the early withdrawal feature. Please see the Terms and Conditions of each offer for details.

All free bets are not available for early withdrawal or partial early withdrawal.

Any bets settled using Early Cash Out or Partial Early Cash Out will not count towards the turnover requirements of any offer.

1x2play cannot guarantee that the Early Cash Out feature will be available on your betting selection. Where Early Cash Out is available prior to the event and we do not cover the event live/in-play, Early Cash Out will not be available once the event has started.

1x2play will not be liable if the early withdrawal feature is unavailable for technical reasons and bets will remain as originally placed during such period.

1x2play reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet/request for any sport, competition, market or bet type included in the Early Withdrawal feature.

1x2play reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Early Withdrawal feature at any time for any event, match or market. All bets placed on such events, matches or markets will stand as originally placed.

1x2play reserves the right to void the settlement of an Early Withdrawal or Partial Early Withdrawal if the bet or market is settled in error.

Overwatch

Map Warrior

Overwatch has several different maps, each of which supports a specific game mode. A map will end when one team completes the specific objective of the map.
- Assault : Attackers must take control of two successive points on the map, while Defenders must stop them. Teams switch sides when time runs out or both points are taken by the Attackers. Each objective achieved is worth 1 point. If teams have the same number of points, overtime will be played. If the result is a tie, a best-of-breed tiebreaker series will be played on a control map. The winner of the tiebreaker is considered the winner of the map.
- Escort : The attacking team aims to escort a payload across the map to the objective, while the defending team attempts to stop them. A map is completed when both teams have attacked and defended and there is no time left in the time bank. The team that carries the payload the furthest is considered the winner of the map. If both teams finish the map by carrying the payload to the finish line, there will be extra time. If the result is a tie, a best-of-breed tiebreaker series will be played on a control map. The winner of the tiebreaker is considered the winner of the map.
- Hybrid - This is a combination of Assault and Escort, where the attacking team must first capture the control point and then escort the cargo to the finish line. The same rules apply as before. If both teams finish the map with time remaining, there will be overtime. If the result is a tie, a best-of-breed tiebreaker series will be played on a control map. The winner of the tiebreaker is considered the winner of the map.
- Control - A series of rounds (usually best of five) where teams fight for control of a capture point. A round is won when one team reaches 100%. Each map has several sections, one round is played in one section. Sections alternate after each round. After winning three out of five rounds, a team is considered the winner of the map.

Team that wins the next round
Offered for control maps only, where the team that wins a round (section of a control map) is considered the winner.

Winner of the comparison

The team that wins the most maps in a Best of # series is the winner of the match.

Handicap of Comparison

Advantage on the map(s) for one of the teams.

To win at least 1 map

The team chosen to win at least 1 map in the match.

On a permanent basis

The winner of an entire championship or tournament.

Rainbow 6

Victory is achieved by winning at least 7 rounds (or according to the tournament rules). In a tie situation on the map, when the rounds are 6-6, the organizers can award additional rounds, called "overtime" (OT).

The victory in overtime is awarded to the team that gains a lead with a difference of two clear rounds (8-6, 9-7, 10-8, 11-9 etc.).

Winner of the comparison

The winner will be the team that wins the most maps in the Best of # series.

Valiant victory

per round

Victory is achieved by killing all opponents on the map, detonating/deactivating a bomb (spike), or running out of time on the round timer.

Map Betting

Victory is achieved by winning at least 13 rounds (or according to the tournament rules). In a tie on the map, when the rounds are 12-12, the organizers can designate 4 additional rounds, called "overtime" (OT).
Victory in overtime is awarded to the team that gains an advantage with a difference of two clear rounds (14:12, 15:13, 16:14 etc.). In case of a tie (14-14), 4 additional rounds are awarded.
If an event starts with a point advantage for one of the teams, in accordance with the rules or the judges' decision, all bets will be void/returned, except in cases where this information has been indicated on the line and odds.

In case of a change in the match format (number of cards, rounds or other regulated rules), bets will be void/returned, except for bets on results already determined.
Handicap and total bets are provided for both rounds, cards and kills within a specific time period.
Bets on results actually determined at the time of the game being abandoned/team forfeiting or technical defeat are settled based on the results. Bets that are not determined at the time of the abandonment will be void/returned.
Bets are accepted on both standard wins/draw and handicaps (deaths, cards, rounds) and specific results; for example, "Winner of Round N on Map N" or "Tournament Winner".

Volleyball

All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to stand. A match is considered complete for settlement/calculation purposes if 50 minutes have been played.

If the venue of a match is changed, bets already placed will stand as long as the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away teams in a listed match are reversed, bets placed on the original listing will be void.

Soccer player

90 minute game

All match markets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play unless otherwise stated. This includes any additional time due to injury or stoppages, but does not include extra time, penalty time or golden goal.

Exceptions to this rule are in friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual score at the end of the match (excluding any extra time), regardless of whether the full 90 minutes are played, and in Beach Football, where markets are specifically settled based on just 36 minutes of play.

Extra Game: Live/In-Play Markets

Bets are settled based on official statistics for the extra period. Goals or corners scored or conceded during regular time do not count.

Departures postponed, anticipated or abandoned

Unless otherwise stated, all bets on abandoned, postponed or cancelled matches will be void if not replayed or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time.

Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes of play will be void, except those bets where the outcome has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand. For example, bets on the first player to score or the time of the first goal will stand until a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment or beyond 2.5 goals if there are already 3 or more goals in the match.

Matches not played as listed

If the venue of a match is changed (other than the away team's home ground), bets already placed will stand as long as the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away teams in a listed match are reversed (e.g. the match is played at the away team's original stadium), bets placed on the original listing will be void.

We will endeavour to identify all matches played at a neutral venue on our website. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether listed on our website or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.

If an official match lists team details other than those listed on our website, bets will be void, e.g. the official match specifies in the team name, Reserves/Age Category e.g. Under 21/Gender e.g. Women.

In all other cases bets stand, including cases where we list a team name without specifying the term "XI" in the name.

Bets are accepted for 90 minutes of play only.

Every effort will be made to quote the first/last player to score odds for all possible participants. However, players who were not originally listed will be deemed winners if they score the first/last goal. Bets on players who do not take part in the match will be void, as will be bets on the first player to score when the team comes in after the first goal has been scored.

All players taking part in a match will be considered as contestants for bets on the last player to score.

Subsequent investigations by official bodies will not be taken into consideration for the purposes of liquidation.

Predict the total time of all goals scored in the match, for example goals in the 24th, 51st and 59th minutes add up to 134 minutes. Goals scored in extra time in the first half are worth 45. Goals scored in extra time in the second half are worth 90. In the event of a dispute over the timing of a goal, the time provided by the AP will be considered. time for settlement purposes.

If a match is abandoned all bets will be void except those that have already been settled (e.g. goals in the 40th, 45th and 60th minutes and abandonment in the 65th minute - bets involving more than 140 minutes of goals in total will be settled as winners, whilst under and range bets will be losers).

Yellow Card Markets
Only yellow cards count. If a player receives a red card for two yellow card offences, this counts as one yellow and one red card. Second yellow cards are ignored for settlement purposes.

Settlement will be made with reference to all available evidence for cards shown during the scheduled 90 minutes of play. Any card shown after the final whistle will be ignored.

Cards shown to non-players (e.g. coaches, substitutes or replaced players who subsequently do not participate in the match) do not count towards the total.

In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes of play, all bets will be void unless the outcome of the bets has already been determined.

Number of cards in the match

A yellow card counts as 1, a red card counts as 2. Second yellow cards are ignored for settlement purposes (e.g. the maximum card count per player is 3).

First Player Notified/Next Player Notified (Player Market)

In the event of two or more players being shown a card for the same offence, the player who is shown the card first by the referee will be deemed the winner for the purposes of determining the outcome. Both yellow and red cards count for these markets.
If TV coverage or match information is inconclusive as to who received the first card, the draw rules will apply.

First card time

Yellow and red cards count for this market.

First Team Warning/Next Card Bet (Team Markets)

Only the players on the pitch count.

In the event that two or more players are cautioned for the same offence, the player cautioned first by the referee will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.

For betting purposes, a red card is counted as 2 cards. For example, after 2 yellow cards and 1 red card, the next card is considered the 5th card.
If TV coverage or match information is inconclusive as to who received the first card, bets will be void/refunded.

Shots on target/off target statistics

Only shots scored by the attacking team count, for example an own goal is not a shot on target.

First/Next Goal Method

Free Kick: The goal must be scored directly from a free kick. Deflected kicks count, provided the free kick taker is considered the scorer. Also includes goals scored directly from a corner kick.

Penalty - The goal must be scored directly from the penalty spot, with the penalty taker as the scorer.

Own Goal - If the goal is declared as an own goal.

Head - The scorekeeper's last touch must be with his head.

Other Method - All other types of goals not included above, such as open play shots.

No goal

Supremacy

When a goal supremacy bet is offered on a group of matches (e.g. a home goals vs away goals bet), if one or more matches are abandoned then all bets on that market will be void.

Team that scores the first/second/next goal

Own goals count for the team that is credited with the goal.

Team that scores the last goal

Bets will be void if the match is abandoned.

Last penalty converted/missed

You have to predict whether the last penalty awarded in the penalty shootout will be converted or lost. If the match does not end in a penalty shootout, all bets will be void.

Penalties converted by the team

You have to predict the total number of penalties that a team will score in a penalty shootout: if the match does not end in a penalty shootout, all bets will be void.

Team that will take the last penalty

You have to predict which team will be awarded the last penalty in a shootout - if the match does not go to penalties then all bets will be void.

Ball on Cross
The ball must bounce back into play to count positively in this market.
Any deviation out of bounds does not count as a ball hitting the crossbar.

Substitution Markets
Which team will make the first substitution? - If no substitutions are made, 'None' wins if offered, otherwise all bets will be void. If both teams make their first substitution at the same time or during half time then 'Both Teams at the Same Time' wins.
Substitutions made during the same break in play are considered contextualised, regardless of the order in which they came on to the pitch.

Transfers and

Manager Specials Special Transfers
Loans count unless otherwise stated.
If a specific date is mentioned for the transfer to be completed, the player must be registered for that team before the specified deadline.
If a player moves to a club and is immediately loaned out, we will settle/calculate based on which club signs the player on a permanent contract; not where the player is loaned.

Next Manager
If no manager is appointed then all bets will stand. Other coaches can be quoted on request.
An interim manager will not count unless he completes at least 10 consecutive games and will then be considered the permanent manager for settlement/calculation purposes. A director of football does not count, and if the management team structure changes to not have a manager, the person responsible for fielding the first team (from reasonable sources and using reasonable criteria) will be deemed the winner.

5-a-side football

All match markets will be settled within regular time (specific to the competition governing body) unless otherwise stated, including the Odd/Even market, which will be settled as Even if there are no goals scored. Regular time must be completed for bets to stand unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

The following live/in-play markets will be settled at the end of extra time/penalties:

Qualify/Lift the trophy/Win on penalties

Half of the markets will be settled at the end of the specified time (excluding any extra time played). In the event that a specified time is not completed, bets will be void unless the specific outcome of the market is already determined.

Irish Sports/GAA (Gaelic Football/Hurling)

General bets

All bets stand regardless of season length, provincial or qualifying format.

Match Betting

Unless otherwise stated, all bets on Gaelic sports are settled on regular time (80 minutes) only (including injury time); extra time does not count unless otherwise stated. Where a bet specifically includes extra time and the match finishes in a draw after extra time, bets will be void.

Bets will be settled on the official GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) result only.

If one of the two teams does not play, bets will be void.

If the venue of a match is changed, bets already placed will stand as long as the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away teams in a listed match are reversed, bets placed on the original listing will be void.

Bets on postponed matches are void unless the matches are rescheduled and played in the same 'Gaelic Week' (Monday to Sunday UK time).

Bets on abandoned matches are void except on markets where the outcome is already determined.

Double result

You have to predict the result (home/draw/away) both at half time and at the end of regular time.

The total score of the game is used to settle bets (goals = 3, point = 1).
Explanation of the score; a goal (under the crossbar) is worth 3 points. A single point (above the beam) counts as 1 point. The match result and score/total score markets are determined based on the combined total of goals of all goals and points.

First Half Betting

Interim markets must be completed for bets to be activated/settled unless the specific outcome of the market is already determined.

Team that will score the 1st/last goal

Own goals count.

Gulf

General bets/Best nationality, etc.

Refund in case of non-participation. General bets may be subject to Rule 4 (Deduction).

All aggregate bets are settled on the player who is awarded the trophy. The playoff result is taken into account. Draw rules apply to the Position portion of any Win bets where applicable.

The official results published on the tournament website at the time the trophy is awarded will be used for counting purposes (subsequent disqualification after this point does not count).
Some tours or events may not declare a winner through a playoff if the lowest score is tied. If no single winner is declared then tie-breaking rules will apply.
When a tournament is shortened from its scheduled number of holes for any reason (e.g. adverse weather conditions), overall bets placed before the completion of the final round will be settled on the player awarded the trophy if 36 holes of the tournament have been completed.
If less than 36 holes have been completed or if overall bets are placed after the completion of the final round, bets will be void.

Withdrawals or Doubtful Participation
If the selected player does not participate in the tournament, bets will be void. If he or she has started, bets will stand and will be deemed to have played. In the event of a player withdrawing after starting, bets on generals, groups, match, 18 holes etc. will be lost.

Betting without named player(s)

Tie rules apply to winning bets unless the excluded players win the tournament. Tie rules also apply to the Position portion of one-way bets.

Group betting

The winner will be the player with the highest ranking at the end of the tournament. Any player who fails to make the cut will be considered the loser. If all players fail to make the cut, the lowest score after the cut will determine the termination. No-show refund deductions will be made in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). Tie-breaking rules apply except when the winner is determined by a tie-breaker.

If a tournament is affected by adverse weather conditions, bets will be settled provided the tournament is declared the winner and at least 36 holes have been completed. The winner will be the player in the lead at the end of the last completed round.

Top 4/Top 5/Top 6/Top 10/Top 20 make Tournament

Draw rules apply.

Position of a named player

In the event of a tie for a final position, the tied position will be taken into consideration. For example, a tie with 5 other players for 8th place will be considered a final position of 8th place.

Match Betting (3-Way) - (54, 72 or 90 holes, etc.)

If a tournament is affected by adverse weather conditions, bets will be settled provided the tournament is declared the winner and at least 36 holes have been completed. The winner will be the player in the lead at the end of the last completed round.

The official results published on the tournament website at the time of trophy delivery will be used for counting purposes (subsequent disqualification after this time will not be counted).

If one player fails to cut, the other player is considered the winner. If both players fail to cut, the lowest score after the cut will determine the resolution.

If a player is disqualified or withdraws after the start, before completing two rounds, or after both players have made the cut, the other player is considered the winner.

If a player is disqualified during the 3rd or 4th round, when the other player in the match bet has already passed the cutoff, the disqualified player is deemed the winner.

When a draw price is offered and in the event of a draw, bets on either player to win will be lost.

Tournament Matches (2 ways)

As above, but in the event of a draw, bets will be void.

18 Hole Betting

The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes. Players are paired and may or may not play together.

18 Hole Betting: 2 & 3 Ball

Bets stand once all nominated players are eliminated on the first hole. If a round is abandoned, bets on that round will be void.

For the purposes of determining the results, the official results of the tournament website recorded on that day will be counted (subsequent disqualification after this time does not count)

2-ball and 3-ball bets will stand regardless of whether the actual pools/groups are different.
In tournaments using the Stableford scoring system, the player with the most points during the round is deemed the winner.
No runners; 2-ball and 3-ball bets are void.
In 2-ball bets where a price is not offered for a draw, bets will be void in the event of a draw. If a price is offered for a draw, this will govern the resolution.
In 3-ball bets, the draw rules apply.

For all other bets involving groups of more than 3 players together over 18 holes (e.g. 7 ball, 9 ball, etc.), dead heat rules apply. No refunds for no-shows. Deductions as per Rule 4 (Deductions) will apply.

Four balls

Bets stand as soon as both pairs go out on the first hole. For all other bets involving groups of more than 3 players together over 18 holes (e.g. 4-ball, 5-ball, etc.), dead heat rules apply. No runners, no bets. Deductions will apply as per Rule 4 (Deductions).

Handicap Betting

Subtract the handicap from the final total to determine the winner. The tournament must be completed or bets will be void. Any player failing to make the cut will be deemed a loser. SP location terms in Rule 4 (Deductions) and venue apply. Draw rules apply.

Mythical comparisons

The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes. In the event of a tie after 18 holes, bets will be void.

Starting markets

If a match does not start (for example, a player is injured or suspended before the match starts), all bets on that match will be void.

Bets on markets that can be settled using official tournament and match results (including the correct score of the final match and single match bets) will be settled using those results. This includes when a match ends prematurely, either by agreement of the players or due to injury.

Match Winner (2-Way) is settled by winner, including any extra holes played. In the event of a tie, bets on Match Winner (2-Way) will be void.
Match Result (3-Way) and Margin of Victory do not include extra holes if played.

Specifically, for the Winning Margin and Last Hole Played markets, if a match ends before the stated number of holes have been completed, bets will be settled on the official result. Bets will be void if a player retires at a point in the match where the result is yet to be determined. For example, the number of holes remaining is greater than or equal to the score at the time of retirement.

For the Last Hole Played market, if a player retires after the 16th hole when the match is tied or after the 17th when a player is leading by 1, then the Last Hole Played is defined as Hole 18, since any natural conclusion to the match would require the 18th hole to be played.

Single hole bets not completed will be void.

36 Hole Match Betting

The decision will be awarded to the player with the highest placing at the end of 36 holes. If the number of rounds played is reduced, for example due to bad weather, bets will be settled on the condition that a player has won the trophy (bets will stand as long as there is a deemed winner and at least 18 holes have been completed).

If a player is disqualified or retires after starting before completing two rounds, the other player will be deemed the winner.

A draw odds will be offered and in the event of a draw, bets on either player to win will be lost.

Ryder/Solheim/Walker/Warburg/Presidents Cup and any other international match

All markets, including Outright, Draw-No-Bet, Handicap, Top Goalscorer and Correct Score, Correct Score Format, Total Points markets, will be settled by the official result unless otherwise stated. In the Presidents Cup, To Lift Trophy (without the Tie option), dead heat rules will apply.

Single Matches: If an individual match ends in a draw, bets will be void.

Golf Specials

Winning Score: The result will be settled upon completion of 72 holes (or 90 for tournaments where applicable), otherwise bets will be void.

Winning Margin - Based on the number of strokes between the winning player and the individual(s) who finishes second (includes a tournament fee to enter the playoffs). In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting the tournament, the rules will remain in effect as long as at least 36 holes of a tournament are played.

Hole in One - Refers to a hole in one recorded in the designated rounds of a specific tournament. In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting the tournament, bets will stand provided at least 36 holes of a tournament are played. In the event a hole in one is recorded, but 36 holes are not played, the Yes - Make a hole in one - option will be deemed a winner.

To Make/Lose the Cut: A cut must be made in the tournament for bets to stand. In the case of a Tournament where a multiple cut system is in place, settlement will be determined by a player playing or not playing in the next round following the first official cut.

Win/Fail to Win a Major - The 4 majors are the US Open, US Masters, USPGA and the British Open.

Boosted Win: Refers to bets on the final outcome of the tournament.

Greyhound racing

All our general rules apply to both horse and greyhound racing, except where superseded by the rules below, which are specifically applicable to greyhound racing.

Bets on non-racing named greyhounds will be void. If only the trap number is selected, the reserve will be replaced.

Win or lose bets are accepted at starting odds, show odds or early odds, where available.

Placed bets are not accepted and will be void if placed in error.

If a greyhound is withdrawn from a race, bets placed prior to the withdrawal at Early or Show odds will be settled at Starting Price (SP).

Greyhound Reserve

Customers have two options when placing bets on greyhound racing. You can place a bet by trap number or by dog name. If you place a bet by trap number, the bet will be settled on the trap regardless of whether a reserve is active or not. If you place a bet by dog name and the dog does not run, your bet will be void.

Acceptance of bets

Bets placed after the official half time will be void regardless of whether the bet is a winner or a loser.

Total bets

We do not accept total bets on greyhound racing. Any bets accepted in error will be settled at the starting price.

Placement Terms
In races with 5-7 riders we pay 1/4 of the odds for 1st and 2nd place.
In races with 8 riders we pay 1/5 of the odds for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
In races with 4 or less riders, bets on each course are all winners.

Greyhound races rescheduled

Bets placed on a void race which is rescheduled to take place later that day will be settled as follows:

  • Singles (including singles and tricasts); All bets stand unless a refund is requested before the start of the rescheduled match.
  • Show prices and advance prices; Bets placed at prices on a void race will revert to SP for the rescheduled race.
  • Multiples; All selections in Cancelled Races within Multiples will stand for the rescheduled race. In the event that the race is not rescheduled, all selections in that race will be treated as non-runners in Multiples.

Greyhound Specials

In case of non-participation, match bets and special bets will be void.

Favorites

Bets will be accepted at the starting price for the favourite only. The place portion of any bet inadvertently accepted for unnamed favourites will be settled as a winning stake.

In the event that two selections start as joint favourites, the stakes will be split equally. In the event that three or more selections start as co-favourites, the stakes will be split proportionally. However, if such favourites or co-favourites return at a price such that, regardless of the outcome, no profit could accrue to the backer of the favourite, the unnamed favourite will be treated as a non-runner, whether single or cumulative.

Dead Heat
Bets If two or more selections tie, dead heat rules can be used to settle bets.
This is calculated by dividing the total stake by the number of selections in the dead heat and then multiplying by the odds at which the best was placed/calculated. In effect, when you have a dead heat, part of your bet is considered a winner and the other part is considered a loser.
For example, a £10 stake on 5/1 in a two-way dead heat becomes £10 / 2 = 5 * 5/1 with a return of £30.

Greyhound Special Markets or Race Derivatives/Additionals
In the event of a non-runner running in the race, bets placed prior to the non-runner on these markets will be void/returned; Cover Bet, Winner Non-Favourite, Finish 1st / 2nd , Favourites v Outsiders, Inside v Outsiders and Odds v Evens.

Winner Non-Favourite
This is a bet without a specific greyhound and is not necessarily the favourite at the time the bet is placed or the official favourite declared at the start. The finishing position of that greyhound is ignored for the purposes of settlement/calculation.

Cover Bet
This is a bet where, if your selection wins, you will be paid at the 'Cover Bet' price offered if your selection finishes placed, normally 2 places or otherwise determined on display.
Favourites vs Outsiders
A price is offered for a number of named dogs grouped as favourites over the remaining dogs grouped as outsiders.

Inside v Outside
A bet on the winner of the race that is in the inside numbered traps (1,2,3) or the outside numbered traps (4,5,6).

Match bets
Match bets will stand as long as both nominated selections are valid. If one of the selections does not run, bets will be void/refunded. Draw rules apply.

Odd vs. Odd Even
is a bet on the winner of the race to come from the even (2,4,6) or odd (1,3,5) traps

HORSE RACE

Horse Racing in the UK and Ireland

Horse racing data licensed by the British Horseracing Board Limited.
If no official SP is returned, if no odds are accepted, all bets will be settled on the latest published sector odds. If no sector show is given, bets will be settled on Tote odds.

If, on race day, the surface is changed (for example from Turf to All Weather or vice versa), bets will stand.

AntePost/Futures Betting on Horse Racing

AntePost bets are accepted on a race or non-race basis, entered or not. Unless otherwise stated, bets on an AntePost bet are lost if the selection does not run and Rule 4 (Deductions) are not applied to winning AntePost bets.

When the same horse is chosen to win two or more races in AntePost double, treble and multiple bets, special reduced odds will be offered.

On days when classics or other preparatory races take place, AntePost betting may be suspended and new odds issued.

Jockey Club Rule 121 provides that Stewards have the power to reduce the number of horses in the race if, at the evening declaration stage, there are too many for the safety of the horses and jockeys. AntePost bets on horses that are compulsorily withdrawn will be void and refunded. Bookmakers in these circumstances are entitled to make appropriate deductions from winning bets on the race based on the latest odds on the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). On "Race Quotation Day", Rule 4 (Deductions) will also apply.

AntePost bets are settled at the odds and place terms applicable at the time of acceptance. If an incorrect odds or place term is provided in error, we reserve the right to settle the bet at the correct odds/place term that were available at the time the bet was placed.

If a bet placed on odds on the day of an event matches selections in that event with selections in future events, if the first selection is not settled, the bet will be settled on the remaining selection(s) whether race-based or not.

Races postponed

If a race is postponed to another day and final declarations remain, bets will stand. However, single bets on horse races will be void and any selections involved in accumulator bets will be treated as non-runners if:

The race is abandoned.

The race is officially declared void.

Race conditions are adjusted after bets are placed (as defined in Tattersalls rules).

The position has changed.

The running surface is changed (e.g. from Grass to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa).

Betting in every way

Bets are settled as winners unless the Win option is selected. An Each Way bet is a bet equal to double the selected betting unit. It contains a unit bet on the winning selection and a unit bet on the selection placed according to the terms announced for the event. Generally, for UK horse racing, the placement portion of Way Way bets will be resolved as follows:

Handicap with 16 or more runners, one quarter of the quota for the first four placings

Handicap from 12 to 15 runners, a quarter of the odds for the first three placings

All other races with 8 or more runners, one fifth of the quota for the first three places

Races with 5, 6 or 7 runners, a quarter of the quota for the first two places

Less than 5 runners, placement money is invested to win

In all races, the number of runners will be the number of runners starting from the start. Bets will not be accepted when the value of the bet placed exceeds the value of the bet won. Doubles, Trebles and Each Way Accumulators will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.

draw

When two selections draw, half the stake is lost and the entire stake is paid on the other half. If more than two selections draw, the stake is split proportionally.

Favorites/2nd Favorites

Only winning bets at the starting price for the 1st and 2nd favourites will be accepted. The placed portion of any bet inadvertently accepted for the unnamed favourites will be settled as a winning bet.

In the event of two selections starting as favourites, bets will be split equally. If three or more selections start as favourites, bets will be split proportionally. However, if such favourites or co-favourites are priced at a price at which, regardless of the outcome, no profit could be made by the bettor on the favourite, the unnamed favourite will be treated as a non-runner in both single and multiple bets.

If the favourite is withdrawn before reaching the start, but too late to form a new market, bets on the favourite in that particular race will be void. In the event of a favourite or co-favourite being withdrawn, the proportion of bets on that selection will be void and the remaining proportion of bets will be divided equally between the running selections.

Betting predictions

Picks are accepted for all races with 3 or more actual runners and will be resolved as a straight pick (picks to finish 1st and 2nd in the correct order) based on the computer's forward prediction dividend. If there are less than 3 actually running in a race, all picks for that race will be void. In the event that no straight prediction dividend is declared, picks will be resolved as per the NSL forward prediction table, provided that 3 or more actually run in that race.

You can accept forward prices or spot prices in direct forecasts, if available, in a fixed price forecast. If any withdrawals result in a Rule 4 (Deductions) total of £0.10 on £ or more in a fixed price forecast, this will be resolved into the computer forecast dividend.

If a customer selects ABC combination picks and bets on 6 bets, this will be resolved as 6 consecutive picks as follows:

ABBA

AC AC

BC CB

Predictions containing unnamed favorites are not accepted.

If a pick contains a non-runner, the entire amount will be placed as a win on the other selection. In fixed price picks, the remaining selection will be settled at the SP price.

In races where a horse finishes alone and no Prediction Dividend is returned, all Prediction bets indicating that the horse will finish first will be settled as a single SP win on the winning horse. All other Prediction bets on the race will be lost.

In the event of two or more horses tying for first or second place, separate dividends will be declared and paid for each qualifying pick. In fixed odds picks, the full odds will be paid with the bet divided by the number of horses that tied.

Tricast Betting

You may accept advance or spot prices on direct Tricasts, when available, on a Fixed Price Tricast. This is available on all horse races with 8 or more runners. If any withdrawal results in a Rule 4 (Deductions) total of £0.10 on £0.10 or more on a Fixed Price Tricast, this will be resolved into the Computer Tricast Dividend. However, if no Computer Tricast Dividend is declared (e.g. in non-handicap races), a Fixed Price Tricast will be resolved as a direct Computer Prediction on the first two nominated selections, regardless of where the third nominated selection finishes.

The following applies to both Tricasts and Fixed Odds Tricasts: If a selection is invalid, the bet will be settled as a straight prediction on the computer prediction dividend. If there are two non-runners, the bet will be settled as a single on the SP of the remaining selection.

No tricasts are accepted including unnamed favorites.

Morning Quotes/The Day of the Event

After the final declaration stage, no bets are placed on non-runners. Rule 4 (Deductions) will apply.

Reservations

In reserve races, any bet placed before a reserve horse will stand and if the reserve was not listed at the time the bet was placed, such bets will be settled on the 'no runner reserved' result. Bets placed on the 'no reserve runner(s)' result will be based on the number of runners, excluding reserves, starting the race. In races where reserves are listed but not run, Rule 4 (Deductions) will not apply. The exception is where a non-runner occurs such that a reserve must take part, then that is a subsequent non-runner to which Rule 4 (Deduction) will apply.

Withdrawals other than AntePost/Future Horse Racing

If a horse is withdrawn before reaching the start, or is officially deemed by the broker not to have run the race, bets will be returned on the withdrawn horse and winning bets will be subject to deductions in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). The rate of deduction will be based on the price of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal in accordance with the following scale:

In the event of a false start, etc. resulting in a relaunch, "by order of the starter" is void and bets will be refunded on horses not taking part in the relaunch. Returns on remaining lanes subject to Rule 4 (Deductions). The number of runners taking part in the relaunch determines the terms of settlement.
